Builds open-source robots for AI builders and makers, founded in 2016 by two former researchers from Inria’s Flowers team. Hugging Face acquired the company in April 2025. Reachy 2 is a full-size humanoid on a mobile base, teleoperated or controlled from Python, running ROS 2 Humble. Reachy Mini is the desktop version, sold as a roughly two-hour DIY kit at $399 with external USB compute or $499 wireless with on-board compute. Microduck is a 25 cm biped, $399 to pre-order.
